Check this page often for updated listings of all types of cycling events in and around our area. Rides require, at minimum, an appropriate bike in good working order, water, and a helmet. We suggest a spare tube, energy food, maybe a little cash in case we stop, and your biggest smile! Many rides are held subject to weather. It's a good idea to confirm dates, time and any specific requirements, too. We'll see you out there — and have fun!

Tuesday & Thursday mornings 9:30AM-10:45AM at our ocean view location. Tuesday is a beginner class, and Thursday is multilevel.What is Christ-centered yoga (Holy Yoga)...Holy Yoga is an experiential worship created to deepen people's connection to Christ. Anyone/everyone is welcome, we use Judeo-Christian scripture, and pray together. It is a full hatha yoga practice including meditation. |Sep 13, 2014||Spokin' Through History Time Trial||Forest Lawn Cemetery, 8100 Granby Street Norfolk, VA||The purpose of the event is to allow competitive racers as well as casual riders to compete in a safe and unique environment. There are numerous categories for competition. Licensed racers compete for cash prizes while casual riders compete for medals, merchandise and gift certificates. There is also a scavenger hunt for children 12 and under. The event is fully supported by the City of Norfolk and provides opportunity to raise awareness of the history, art, architecture and cultural heritage within Norfolk’s historic cemeteries.
