The Power Bike Short from Terry gets its name from the high elastane content of the special fabric that's been sourced from Italy. It has more compression than our other bike shorts and is slightly longer so it supports the entire hamstring and quadricep muscles. It also has a wide v-front waistband designed to provide extra core support. The fit is tighter but the result is enhanced support and reduced muscle fatigue. The Power Short is also outfitted with a deep pocket on the right leg and the latest in soft, laser-cut leg bands that hold securely without digging or pinching. It comes with Terry's best Flex Air Chamois with soft wing construction for the ideal balance of padding, ventilation and low bulk. Flex Air Chamois: Unique to Terry, the Flex Air Chamois offers the best shape and construction for women. A wider center cutaway and the addition of gel along the top are the primary differentiators between this saddle and our classic Butterfly. The wider relief channel, combined with its contoured rear and thin gel layer, makes the Butterfly Ti Gel + extremely comfortable and ideal for endurance riders. Designed to take comfort up a notch for endurance riding, the Butterfly Century is engineered with a layer of Poron XRD shock absorbing material between the saddle’s base and foam layers. The Poron XRD reduces road shock and allows for a thinner layer of foam and a narrower overall saddle profile, without loss of rider comfort. A larger foam cutout provides greater soft tissue relief.
